Feature
Zoom 1:1 scheduling with manager-owned hosts and admin fallback
Zoom rollout is currently limited while Marketplace approval completes. Until Zoom is enabled for your workspace, use the EvalSuite room. Once available, managers connect their own Zoom Host and org admins can configure one workspace fallback host.
Why teams care
Schedule manager 1:1s on Zoom when your workspace has Zoom enabled, with personal host ownership first and one admin-managed workspace fallback when needed.
- Use the EvalSuite room today if Zoom is not enabled for your workspace yet
- Manager-owned Zoom Host accounts take priority for their own meetings once Zoom is enabled
- One admin-owned workspace fallback host can cover managers without a personal host
- Connected Google Calendar or Microsoft Calendar invites stay aligned with the latest Zoom links when those calendar connections are available
Keep the real host tied to the right person
When a manager connects a personal Zoom Host, that host is used for their meetings. If not connected, one admin-managed fallback host covers them without forcing day-one Zoom setup.
If Zoom is not enabled for your workspace yet, keep the same 1:1 workflow on the EvalSuite room and switch to Zoom later without changing the rest of the coaching flow.
Simple shared fallback
One admin-owned Zoom Host per workspace, used only when the manager lacks a personal connection.
- Org admins choose the fallback host from active admin Zoom connections
- Personal manager hosts still win whenever they are available
- Overlapping fallback-host Zoom meetings are blocked instead of silently colliding
Invite updates in one workflow
Zoom links are stored on the meeting record and pushed into connected Google Calendar or Microsoft Calendar invites automatically when those calendar connections are available.
If Google Calendar is still unavailable in your workspace, Microsoft Calendar is the main writable alternative today.
Make Zoom a clean part of your 1:1 workflow
Use the EvalSuite room now, then add personal Zoom Hosts or one workspace fallback when Zoom is enabled for your team.
